Vestas Continues Colorado Expansion
Denver, CO (August 2, 2010) - Vestas Technology R & D Americas, Inc. further established its Colorado presence with the recent lease of space in Louisville. The world’s largest manufacturer and installer of wind turbines leased 47,675 SF at 361 Centennial Parkway. They will be occupying over 50% of the building and the space will be used by their new-founded engineering and development division.

$16,500,000 Land Sale in Castle Rock
Castle Rock, CO (July 21, 2010) - Colorado Castle Oaks Return LLC recently sold the 529.7 acres Castle Oaks development in Castle Rock to SLV Castle Oaks LLC. This master-planned community development allows for up to 2,767 total dwelling units on 529.7 net acres, plus another 46.5 acres slated for commercial development. The site sold for $16,500,000. Max Clothing Store Relocates
Denver, CO (July 6, 2010) - Max Martinez and Scott Seale, owners and operators of MAX Clothing Store, recently purchased the former Smith & Hawken building at 264-268 Detroit Street in Cherry Creek North. Currently located at 3039 East 3rd Avenue, the store is expanding into this new space. The company presently has three other locations in Colorado, one in Denver in the Highlands and one each in Boulder and Aspen.

Craig Myles Becomes a LEED Accredited Professional
Denver, CO (July 29,2009) - Craig Myles, of Fuller Real Estate, recently received his LEED Accredited Professional designation. Very few Denver commercial brokers hold this unique accreditation.
His LEED knowledge will be highly beneficial as commercial real estate takes further steps to improve building efficiency.
As Myles stated, “High performance buildings just make sense. Whether it is replacing a roof, changing a building’s landscaping or retrofitting existing lighting, cost effective (and “green”) modifications should be implemented at every opportunity.”
Myles has over 14 years of real estate experience. He specializes in the sale, lease and formerly the management of Denver Metro area industrial and land properties. Craig received his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) title from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2002 and his Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS ® (SIOR) designation in 2008.
