$16,500,000 Land Sale in Castle Rock

Colorado Castle Oaks Return LLC recently sold the 529.7 acres Castle Oaks development in Castle Rock to SLV Castle Oaks LLC. This master-planned community development allows for up to 2,767 total dwelling units on 529.7 net acres, plus another 46.5 acres slated for commercial development. The site sold for $16,500,000.
