Fuller Real Estate is pleased to announce the hiring of Daniel Bess as Senior Vice President specializing in industrial brokerage. Dan is a 25-year veteran of the Colorado commercial real estate business. He has brokered over 500 leasing and investment sales transactions and directly leased, sold, acquired and developed over $300 million of commercial property over the course of his career. Most recently, he was a partner at IBC Holdings, a Golden, Colorado, based commercial real estate firm. There, he specialized in the development and redevelopment of industrial properties. Prior to IBC Holdings, Dan spent 22 years at Trammell Crow Company, a national commercial development firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he served as principal of the Denver Industrial Properties Division and as a principal in the firm’s Investment & Development Division. A Colorado native, Dan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He has served on numerous boards and is actively involved in fundraising activities throughout the community.
