Stew Mosko Named NAIOP Land Broker of the Year

Denver, CO (March 4, 2009) - Stew Mosko of Fuller Real Estate was recently named NAIOP’s Land Broker of the Year. This is the third time he has won this prestigious award. This distinction was given to him at the February 19th NAIOP Annual Awards of Achievement Luncheon.

In 2008, Mosko was involved in the brokerage of 81,514,699 SF of land for more than $71,000,000 in transactions. His most significant deal of the year took place in January with the sale of the 432-acre StorageTek campus in Louisville. Conocophillips purchased the site.

Mosko has a marked and over 20-year background in land brokerage. Throughout this time, he has become recognized as the leading authority on all types of land sales. He has received numerous distinctions and served in such positions as president of DMCAR, commissioner of the State Land Use Commission, chairman of the Adams County Planning Commission and director of Adams County Economic Development.
