Vestas Technology R & D Americas, Inc. further established its Colorado presence with the recent lease of space in Louisville. The world’s largest manufacturer and installer of wind turbines leased 47,675 SF at 361 Centennial Parkway. They will be occupying over 50% of the building and the space will be used by their new-founded engineering and development division.
Fuller Real Estate’s Kittie Hook represented Vestas in the transaction which marks the fourth major manufacturing facility they have acquired in Colorado since 2008. Previously, Hook assisted the company in 2008 in establishing its first North American plant located in Windsor. In 2009, they broke ground on two Brighton manufacturing facilities and earlier this year, announced their plans to build a service and maintenance center adjacent to the buildings.
