CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

1. Buyer acknowledges that Seller is providing confidential and proprietary information.

2. Buyer agrees to hold all such information received from Seller in strictest confidence and agrees not to copy, discuss, publish, or otherwise transmit the same to any entity or third party not associated with Buyer, Seller, or Broker in a fiduciary capacity. Buyer further agrees to use such information solely for the purpose of determining Buyer's interest in purchasing the Property represented therein and for no other purpose.

3. In the event Buyer desires to enter upon the Property for any reason whatsoever, Buyer agrees to notify Broker in advance for a scheduled appointment prior to such entry.
